Maple Wood Pulp Bannetons

Bulka maple wood pulp bannetons are made in the USA. Maple is a hardwood with shorter fibers, which give the basket a finer, more uniform and smoother surface than spruce. Like spruce, maple pulp is naturally porous and absorbs moisture from the surface of the dough during proofing. Choose an 8.5" round for 900g loaves or an oval for 750g loaves, both with a groove pattern.
