Bulka offers limited warranties that vary by product type. Please select your product below for the applicable warranty terms.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have the best baking experience possible. If your product has a manufacturing defect, our team is here to help. These warranty terms apply only to products purchased directly from Bulka and used in the United States.

What is covered

Bulka warranties cover manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when the product is used under normal household conditions and according to the provided use and care instructions. If a defect is confirmed, Bulka will, at its discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Proof of purchase is required.

Who is covered

This warranty covers the original retail purchaser, or someone who receives the product new and unused as a gift from the original purchaser. Coverage begins on the date of original purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and ends if the product is sold or otherwise transferred.

Bread Oven (Nitrided Carbon Steel)

Warranty period
3-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.


What is covered
Manufacturing defects affecting structural integrity, materials, or product functionality.


What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the provided use and care instructions
  • overheating beyond recommended temperatures
  • modification or repair by unauthorized parties
  • commercial or professional use
  • accidents or improper storage
  • cosmetic patina or discoloration
  • scratches or surface marks from normal use
  • minor surface rust that can be removed


Normal product characteristics
The following changes naturally occur with nitrided carbon steel during normal use and are not considered defects:

  • patina development
  • color changes from heat exposure
  • steam halos
  • surface marks
  • cosmetic discoloration of stainless-steel handles
  • minor surface rust that can be easily removed

    These characteristics are a normal part of the material and do not affect performance.

Silicone Bread Sling

Warranty period

1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

What is covered
Manufacturing defects affecting the material or construction of the sling.


What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the provided use and care instructions
  • overheating beyond recommended temperatures
  • modification or repair by unauthorized parties
  • commercial or professional use
  • accidents or improper storage
  • cuts or tears caused by knives or other sharp tools
  • contact with oils, fats, or sprays

Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please complete the form below and include:

  • proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • photos clearly showing the issue
  • a photo of the full product

We will review your submission and respond as soon as possible. Bulka reserves the right to request additional photos or the return of the product for inspection before approving a claim.

  • Limitation of Liability

    Bulka’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Bulka is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product.
