Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and Canada.

If your order contains both an oven and bannetons or brushes, the two shipping rates are added together. For example, an oven and a banneton shipped to the US is $30, and to Canada is $80.
Delivery Times
US orders are delivered in 5-8 business days, depending on your location.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order's journey through the carrier's website.

Refunds and Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy on bannetons and cleaning brushes, and a 30-day return policy on our carbon steel oven. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bulkabread.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
