Bread Oven

The Bulka Bread Oven is nitrided carbon steel with an aluminum core. At 8.5 lb, it's half the weight of comparable cast-iron bread ovens, and it heats up with your oven in about 15 minutes. Bake with the lid on to trap steam, then lift it off to finish the crust. There's nothing to season. It comes with a perforated silicone bread sling for lowering your dough in, and holds loaves proofed in every Bulka banneton.
